Apple Cinnamon Muffins
This will be the easiest, tastiest most awesome muffins you'll ever make.Well almost!
All you need is Edmonds Sweet Muffin mix (follow instructions provided)
Add 2-3 heaped tablespoons of diced apples(from a tin) and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon to the mixture. Spoon into trays then...
For the topping, mix:

• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup butter, cubed
• 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 
  
• Sprinkle on top then bake as instructed on the Edmonds bag!
• Voilà! Easy and yummy!
