I forgot about todays blog haha! We will skip Tourist Tuesday today as most of Christchurch is in ruins. It was today one week ago. Will find awesome places for you to go that are safe enough.

MakeUp Monday

Todays Make Up suggestion is the ever so gorgeous... Lisa Eldridge! She is a celeb makeup artist and has kindly created a YouTube channel to give us her amazing tips. I love watching her videos. I'm back!!!

Wow, so I started this blog about 20 years ago and kinda gave up after a week! haha! So lazy am I!
I am gonna be fully dedicated to bringing you interesting posts from now on. After all the damn quakes here in Christchurch I need to keep my mind focused on something else...so bloggy it is!
Will start my Monday afresh with an awesome post.

Tasty Thursday

This is one of my favorite desserts. 

It's called 'Cremora Tart' aka 'Coffee Creamer Tart'.

So simple and yummy. It tastes almost like cheesecake but without the fuss.

Here the EASY recipe!(No baking required)

  500ml Coffee Creamer
  125ml Boiling Water
  TIN Condensed Milk
  125ml Lemon Juice
  1 Packet Plain Digestive Biscuits, Crushed
  60g Butter, Melted

Mix Coffee creamer and boiling water and beat.  Add condensed milk and beat.

Add Lemon Juice and beat until thick.  The mixture thickens quickly.

Mix biscuits and butter, place in creased dish and pour mixture over.
Refrigerate.

It's that easy. When it's set I like to sprinkle crushed, Cadbury, Flake on top.

Mmmm I want some now!!!

Tourist Tuesday

So, todays place to be is 'Addington Coffee Co-Op'. Man I love this place. 

I would explain it to you but I'd rather you'd get a suprise when you walk in! It's unique and awesome!

MakeUp Monday

So... I loooooooove make up and am currently on the road to becoming a makeup artist.
'Makeup Monday' is gonna be my fav posts. I learn a lot about makeup online! My fav guru's are the Pixiwoo girlies! Not only is their work amazing, they're awesome to watch and are so beautiful!!! I would love to meet them in person and hope I eventually do=)
